How do I care for my boots once I receive them?A. The majority of Zamberlan boots are made from full grain, split grain, or nubuck leathers. You will want to regularly care for your boots using a high-quality conditioning and proofing cream or spray. We highly recommend using Zamberlan Hydrobloc products, which you can find on our website. In addition, please download our product care guide, found here. This is the same guide included in the box when you bought your Zamberlans. Q. 3. What is Zamberlan’s product warranty?A. Zamberlan boots and shoes carry a one-year manufacturers warranty. Many of our dealers offer a lifetime warranty on the sale of our boots when you purchase through their retail location(s). Q. 4. My boots need repair work. Where do I go to have my boots repaired?A. Zamberlan USA’s official cobbler is Mr. Dave Page (www.davepagecobbler.com) of Seattle, WA. Dave offers excellent service at a very good price. Please click here to download Dave’s work submission form and include it inside the package when you ship your boots to Dave. You can also call Dave at 1 (800) 252-1229. Q. 5. How do I submit for an RMA# (return material authorization number) on product I ordered from Zamberlan USA?A. Please call us at 1 (888) 745-4774 x 1 and we will be glad to help you. Any boots shipped back to Zamberlan USA without an RMA# will be refused. Q. 6. How do I size for Zamberlan boots relative to other brands?A. First, all manufacturers have unique sizing parameters and unique fit characteristics making it difficult to compare sizing between manufacturers. In addition, Zamberlan’s sizing differs from other European manufacturers’ EU sizes. For example, Zamberlan’s EU42 is a US8 for men, while the EU42 of other Italian brands is usually a US9. To size properly for a Zamberlan boot we highly recommend getting a professional fit in the shop of any of our dealers. If this is not possible, we recommend using Zamberlan’s US size scale as we have done much work to translate our EU sizes into US sizes. With that said, Zamberlan tends to run true to size. Q. 7.
