Designed for fast-moving adventures, from day hikes to thru-hikes, the lightweight Exotrail GTX blends quickness and agility with long-distance durability. The Exotrail’s secret sauce is its PU exo-skeleton, which provides more structure and greater support than a trail runner, especially in uneven terrain and when carrying heavier loads. In between the exoskeleton, a fully breathable mesh upper is fused to a seamless GORE-TEX® ePE Invisible Fit membrane for a natural, comfortable fit. For rough, rocky terrain, the Exotrail uses a real rubber toe rand with PU backing in the toebox for true hiking protection.
The Vibram® Bayu Megagrip outsole features full-coverage, self-cleaning Helix lugs for highly responsive grip on unpredictable terrain. The midsole uses a greater density EVA for cushioning and durability like our hiking boot. The Exotrail gives the foot room to spread naturally inside the shoe, with a last designed for comfort and long days on the trail. Whether you seek speed, long distance, or both, the Exotrail outperforms trail runners for more durable performance, protection, and comfort on any terrain.
