Chat or Telephone support is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 am PST through 4:00 pm PST, by clicking on the "Support" button in the lower right hand corner of any page on our site. Once the support widget loads, click "Get in Touch" and select either Chat or Talk. You can also call 1-888-745-4774 direct and select option 1 for customer service. We are adding new agents to our service line so please be patient as we staff up to meet demand.
Email support is available around the clock, 24/7. Simply click the "Support" icon below to send us a message, or use a Contact Form to submit a specific request. You can submit general requests, warranty requests, register your boots, request a brochure, or make other specific inquiries.
