The Zamberlan North America Support Team has multiple ways to get the service you require, such as chat, telephone, email, and even automated "bot" support. You are also welcome to use our Help Center library, which houses information to answer our most frequent questions.
Email support for both ZamberlanUSA.com and ZamberlanCanada.ca is available by contacting info@zamberlanusa.com, with responses within 1 business day. Email us for product questions, general requests, warranty requests, to register your boots, request a brochure, or make other specific inquiries. You can also click the "Support" icon below to send us a message, or use a Contact Form to submit a specific request.
Chat support may be available pending Holiday schedules, from 9:00 am PST through 4:00 pm PST, by clicking on the "Support" button in the lower right hand corner of any page on our site. Once the support widget loads, click "Get in Touch" and select either Chat or Talk. Due to holiday coverage, email will provide the fastest response times.
